All our packages are custom-built, based on the time and effort involved.
Booking and Payment:
a. To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
b. The 40% of payment must be paid on the wedding date.
c. Remaining 10% at time of video deliveries.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
b. If cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the wedding date, the full remaining balance will still be due.
c. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, the full agreed package will be charged.
Rescheduling:
a. If the wedding date needs to be rescheduled, please notify Cupid Diaries as soon as possible.
b. If the new date is available, the deposit and all payments made will be transferred to the new date.
Coverage and Services:
a. The client is responsible for providing a schedule of events and a shot list in advance.
b. The photographer will strive to capture all requested photos but cannot be held responsible for any missed shots or moments.
Editing and Changes:
To facilitate the proofing process, we will furnish you with the soft copy of the album. If you have any desired modifications, kindly provide them during this stage.
Additionally, we offer one time complimentary round of changes for the video ( Highlight & Film only ). Any further alterations requested beyond this will incur an additional cost of
INR 15,000 per change.
Image Delivery and Copyright:
a. The final deliverables will be delivered within the following timeframes:
Wedding Highlight: 4 working weeks
Wedding Film: 12 working weeks
Wedding Album: 16 working weeks
Candid Edited Photos: 12 weeks
300 Candid Photos Quick Edit Delivery: 24 to 48 hours
b. Images will be provided in a high-resolution digital format, via online gallery or USB drive, as agreed upon.
c. The client is granted personal usage rights for the images and may print, share, and display them for personal use.
d. The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and portfolio.
e. The client agrees not to sell or commercially exploit the images without the photographer’s written permission.
Data Storage and Backup:
a. The client shall provide two different external hard disk drives (HDDs) to Cupid Diaries for storing the event’s data.
b. Upon completion of the wedding, Cupid Diaries will return one HDD to the client immediately once the agreed payment gets cleared, containing the master data.
c. Cupid Diaries will retain the second HDD as a backup for the project, to ensure uninterrupted editing and completion.
d. In the event of technical failures with the photographer’s NAS storage, Cupid Diaries will utilize the backup HDD provided by the client for editing and completing the project.
e. Cupid Diaries will return the second HDD to the client upon full completion of the project.
f. Cupid Diaries will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the client’s data during the storage and backup process.
Liability:
a. The photographer will take utmost care in capturing and delivering images. However, in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure, accident, or illness, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of payments received.
b. The client is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for the photographer during the event.
Agreement:
a. By booking Cupid Diaries, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
